Summer Term 2025
Welcome to the Exciting Summer Term of 2025!
This term, Year 3/4 will journey back in time to explore the fascinating world of the Tudors. Pupils will uncover the lives of famous Tudor monarchs, discover what life was like for ordinary people, and delve into the incredible changes that shaped this period of history.
In Science, we will be learning about Animal Classification, investigating how scientists group living things based on their characteristics. Pupils will explore different types of animals, from mammals and reptiles to amphibians and insects, and understand why classification is important in the natural world.
In English, we will continue to write creatively, taking inspiration from Tudor stories. Pupils will develop their storytelling skills, crafting vivid descriptions and engaging narratives set in this historical period.
In Maths, we will continue to build confidence in key areas, applying our knowledge to solve problems and deepen our understanding of number, shape, and measurement.
It promises to be a fantastic term filled with exciting discoveries, hands-on learning, and creative expression. We look forward to an inspiring and enriching summer term ahead! ☀️📚🏰
