Extra-curricular Opportunties
As well as the extra-curricular activities that are available within school, here are some opportunities that might interest your child and support their learning out of school.
The York Children's University
Children's University is all about engaging children in fun, quality and innovative experiences that capture their imagination and inspire dreams for the future!
Children can gather stamps in their Children's University passport by joining validated clubs or visiting 'Learning Destitinations'. Once they have collected enough stamps, they are invited to a special graduation ceremony at York University (cap and gown and all!)

The Astrocampus at York University often host open days and events. If you're interested in Science and all things astrological, keep an eye on their website for upcoming opportunities.
St Peter's School Public Lectures
St Peter's School in York organises lectures on a wide range of subjects, delivered by speakers who are experts in their fields.
